Dickson Manchester (DM) is seeking a strategic alliance to help continue its growth.
The professional indemnity specialist has grown rapidly in recent years and said it now wanted a strategic alliance to aid its development in the current tough market conditions.
BDO Stoy Hayward Corporate Finance has been appointed to investigate opportunities for an alliance.
DM spokesman Charles Manchester said: "We are at an exciting time in the development of the business. Our clients like our approach to business.
"This produces challenges over and above those created by the hardest market conditions for 15 years. We are investigating a number of interesting ways of taking things further," he added.
