Royal & Sunalliance (RSA) has signed up major e-learning provider BlueU to design and deliver three bespoke customer relationship management (CRM) programmes.
More than 2,500 RSA staff will undertake up to 35 hours of e-learning to develop their IT and customer service skills.
Katherine Plant, training manager at RSA, said: “The focus is to understand exactly what it is that our customers want and then to tailor our products, or develop new ones accordingly.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
