Bermuda-based insurer Endurance Specialty has appointed Ralph Serio as executive vice president of Alternative Risk Transfer, Corporate Operations and Marketing.
Serio is joining the company from Custom Risk Solutions, where he was president and chief operating officer.
Chairman Kenneth LeStrange said: "Ralph's impressive background, including a number of senior roles at leading insurance companies, will make him a key player as Endurance pursues its long-term strategy."
