Ian Daley lands new role at TLSS
Total Loss Settlement Services (TLSS) has added to its team of specialist motor engineers with the appointment of Ian Daley.
Daley joins the business from Co-operative Insurance Services where he spent the last 12 years as a field engineer.
Prior to that, he was a motor inspection engineer at Churchill and Norwich Union. During his career, Ian has also been a manager at a VW Audi bodyshop.
David Patten, director of engineering at TLSS, said: “While vehicle valuations represent one of the main sources of motor insurance complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service, TLSS has never received a complaint in the seven years that we have been trading.
"This is because we employ engineers that have both direct experience of the motor trade and insurance worlds."
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
