Equity Direct Broking has promoted Rob Tordoff to head of sales and affinity relationships.
Previously product and insurer development manager, Tordoff will lead a team of relationship managers and report to Equity Direct managing director Charles Offord.
A spokesman for the company said the new role had been created to continue the firm's growth and develop personal lines affinity relationships.
