Two insurance books transfered to branch network
Equity Insurance Group has today completed two further book acquisitions, transferring both personal lines and commercial accounts into its growing branch network.
Business previously handled by Stretton-based broker, Roger Yeomans Insurance Agency, will transfer to Equity's Burton on Trent branch, whilst the accounts of Woking broker, Ferndowne Insurance Services, will be administered at the group's Chertsey site.
Mike Hutton, Equity's acquisitions director said: "We see real benefit from infilling business acquired from brokers close to our branch locations and are actively seeking similar opportunities throughout our regional footprint."
