Lloyd’s motor insurer ERS has promoted Tom Donachie to head of bespoke business.
He will take up his new role on 20 July.
Donachie is currently motor fleet portfolio underwriting manager. He joined ERS 18 months ago after eight years at NIG, where he was most recently head office motor underwriter.

Bacon described the unit as being “at the heart of our strategy and is a key area of business growth”.
He added: “As part of our transformation programme, we have built an extremely strong team within Bespoke. I am confident that Tom is the right choice to lead and work with that team to establish ERS as a leading player in this space.”
Donachie added: “It is fantastic to work in an environment that nurtures talent and offer meaningful career progression, and I look forward to getting started in my new role.”
