Law firm Eversheds is providing a new cradle-to-grave claims management service to its UK corporate clients.
Eversheds Claims Management offers companies claims management for their public liability, employer's liability, and motor personal injury claims. The service will include on-site investigation and claims management to litigation level.
John Moseley, chairman of the Claims Management Group said: "As the only law firm to be able to offer a complete claims management service from start to finish, Eversheds will be leading the way in delivering such a competitive, cost-effective resource to the UK's multinationals."
Pre-litigation services will be located in Cardiff but litigation work will be carried out at all the firm's offices.
The law firm has recruited investigators to man offices in Glasgow, Harrogate, Lichfield, Bristol and Sutton.
