Eagle Star Ireland and customer relationship management provider Fineos have teamed up to set up a Contact Management Solution which will enable Eagle Star staff to view all customer correspondance online.
Due to go live in December, the aim is to create greater efficiency in dealing with customer and broker enquiries as documents can be retrieved faster.
The deal strengthens the presence of Fineos in the Irish market.
