Carole Jones joins insurance and broking group
Hastings Insurance Group has hired former Towergate HR director Carole Jones as its group HR director.
In her new role at Hastings Jones will report directly to group chief executive Gary Hoffman.
Insurance Times revealed last month that Jones had left her role as Towergate’s group HR director and had been replaced on an interim basis Steve Pratt.
Before working at Towergate, Jones held a number of senior HR management roles for Aviva in the UK and North America, most recently as group HR director.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
