Phil Scarrett gets dual role at ECIH
Electrical Contractors’ Insurance Holdings has hired former Willis Networks managing director Phil Scarrett.
He has been handed a dual role as sales and marketing director at the Electrical Contractors’ Insurance Company (ECIC) and deputy managing director at the Electrical Contractors Insurance Services (ECIS).
Scarrett left Willis one year ago.
He will report to ECIH group managing director Roger Brown, who said: “Phil brings a wealth of experience to the two ECIH insurance businesses.
“We have been in a period of strategic review during which we have re-focused ECIC and ECIS as specialist providers of insurance services to the contracting and building services industry.
“Phil has been working with us on that review and now joins us in a group development role to lead the drive for growth in both businesses.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
