Duo join underwriting team from Allianz and Marsh

Fusion has appointed Nichola Morton and as development manager and Adam Phillips as regional sales manager.

Morton was previosuly at Allianz and will responsible for helping brokers across the UK.

Phillips was previously with Marsh where he was a national placement broker.

Both will be based in Birmingham

Fusion managing director Nick Wright, said: “Both Nicola and Adam have many years experience of helping brokers grow their business so we are delighted to welcome them on board."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
