Groupama UK's commercial claims centre in Barnet and its employers' liability (EL) claims unit in Birmingham have received Investors in People accreditation.
The company said the award was a "special achievement" the assessment took place during a period of corporate uncertainty when the group was up for sale.
Managing director at Groupama Insurances Tim Ablett said: "This is a fantastic achievement by all concerned and the result of a tremendous amount of very hard work. Given that a good deal of this work was carried out while the company was on course to be sold, this clearly demonstrates that despite an uncertain period we continued with our strategy of business as usual."
