David Wakefield will lead on the strategy to grow client numbers
Henderson Insurance Brokers is set to expand its business in the Scarborough and North Yorkshire market with a new account executive hire.
The move to grow the broker’s client base will be led by David Wakefield who has more than 25 years in the industry.
Wakefield said: “Henderson is a leading brokerage delivering services for clients in all industry sectors, and with specialist divisions in construction, real estate, retail, wholesale and haulage, as well as strong expertise in risk management and manufacturing.”
“We expect to be able to help businesses in Scarborough and North Yorkshire in these sectors, plus those for which the area is also well known, such as hospitality and agriculture.”
Before joining Henderson Insurance Brokers, Wakefield worked for a traditional broker in the North East and has also worked as a fire underwriter and fire insurance surveyor.
