It seemed that he had a good escape hatch and was confidently talking of his next challenge just weeks after he left AXA. But what would this challenge be?
While he suns himself in Gran Canaria, the mystery surrounding his next job is unfurling.
Homer is refusing to talk to the press until he gets back and he is due to start his new job on 4 March. Coincidentally Towergate unveils its renamed Folgate Partnerships business on 11 March. Could these two events be in any way related? As Insurance Times punted last year that Homer would join the Towergate empire, we certainly hope so
