As predicted by Insurance Times last November, Andy Homer has joined Towergate to head up the Folgate Partnership. He begins in his new role today.
Homer was formerly chief executive of AXA Insurance. He left in December 2001 and was replaced by Peter Hubbard, the former planning and strategy director for Lloyds TSB.
