Independent Market Solutions has launched Independent Broking Solutions Limited.
Independent Broking Solutions will provide fully compliant back office services for brokers, subject to regulatory approval, said the company. It has secured its first clients in Clarendon Insurance Group and its associated subsidiaries.
The company said it intends to provide full support for intermediary activity, other than the risk placement and the client relation element of the business.
Independent Broking Solutions is currently GISC registered and is in the process of seeking FSA authorisation, it said.
