Thumbs up for Munters
PROPERTY restoration company Munters has been buoyed by a survey which shows that two-thirds of customers rated its service following last year's catastrophic floods as excellent. Only 3% said the company's service was poor.

The survey quizzed customers on the speed, helpfulness and professionalism of staff and the quality of its service.

Student fire
LOSS adjusters Property and Casualty Services is investigating a serious fire which caused £500,000 of damage to a students' residence in the Rusholme area of Manchester.

The blaze, suspected to be arson, completely destroyed the five-storey, timber-framed building. Firefighters managed to stop the fire from spreading to an adjacent block which had recently been refurbished.

New firm
TWO former associate directors of Miller Pycraft's commercial and applied technology division have left to set up their own company.
