Larry Silverstein's lawyers accused insurers of trying to rewrite history in the jury trial to decide who pays for the World Trade Centre disaster.
The trial began yesterday with Herbert Wachtell, lawyer for WTC leaseholder Silverstein, making a 105-minute opening statement.
The first phase of the trial is set to decide what constitutes a single occurance and the role of Willis' Wilprop form. It is estimated that this part of the trial will last eight days.
