London-based IPS has won the Agency of the Year Award for the second year running at the 1999 Recruitment Agency of the Year Award.
The event, held by Independent Insurance, are designed to show the importance of recruiting highly specialised professional staff at all levels.
Damien Cashinella of The Recruitment Partnership won 'Consultant of the Year'.
