Jean-Marie Guian joins from parent SPB
European commercial insurer SPB Group has appointed a new director for its UK subsidiary.
Jean-Marie Guian joins specialist insurer Citymain from parent SPB, where he has held executive positions since 1998.
The SPB Group purchased a majority share of Citymain in April 2010. Guian’s appointment as a director for Citymain comes as part of the agreement’s framework.
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
