Jelf grows Plymouth broking team
Jelf Insurance Brokers has appointed Joseph Betts as an account executive in Plymouth.
He has joined Jelf from Shire Insurance in Tamworth, Staffordshire, where he worked as business development manager.
Betts said: “Following relocation to Cornwall, I began looking for jobs and for me this role really stood out.
“I was aware of Jelf’s reputation for looking after its staff and helping its people succeed, which was vitally important to me particularly being brand new to the area.”
He will report to Jelf’s development director for the South West, Steve Joint, who added: “I am delighted to welcome Joseph on board. I am sure that he will prove to be a valuable asset to our team and I very much look forward to working with him in the future.”
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
