JLT (Jardine Lloyd Thompson) Risk Solutions has been named one of the top ten best UK companies to work for by The Sunday Times.
It was the only company from the insurance sector to make the top ten, and was the second ranked financial services company behind Goldman Sachs.
JLT Risk Solutions is part of the Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group. It was praised in particular for its employee share scheme, flexible benefits scheme, commitment to staff training, charity work and social events for staff.
The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work For league table was published yesterday. More than 21,000 employees were surveyed to compile the table.
