Law firm Weightmans and brokers Alfred Blackmore are hosting a conference on the corporate killing bill and its impact on the construction industry on March 7 at Lloyd's Library in London.
It will outline the range of possible offences and defences and also examine the Health and Safety Executive's policy on enforcement. Speakers will discuss corporate killing and the possible traps for the unwary concerning insurance policy points and the Human Rights Act.
