Alexander Forbes Professions has launched a general business insurance policy for law firms, called AF Office.
The product offers cover in a single policy for a variety of needs, including the relatively new hazards from handling clients via the internet.
The product covers office contents and computers, loss of documents, business disruption, loss of money, personal accident, employers' and public/product liability, buildings, tenants' improvements, fidelity guarantees, cyberliability and conveyancing and probate.
Geoff King, director at Alexander Forbes Professions, said: “Our market research shows that law firms were getting tired of having to take out separate policies to cover their business risks.
“With AF Affice, legal firms will have a one-stop-shop”.
