Charles Taylor Adjusting opens new office in Leeds to strengthen indemnity capabilities

Charles Taylor Adjusting (CTA) said it has strengthened its construction professional indemnity capacity by opening a new office in Leeds.

With offices already in the capital, the work undertaken in the north will now be spread between the two sites.

Heading up the new office will be director Bob Paterson, who joins from a city law firm. Joining him will be a brand-new team, consisting of chartered civil engineers, chartered loss adjusters and a chartered quantity surveyor.

Stuart Allison, director and head of professional and financial risks at CTA London said:

“Bob and his team bring an excellent track record and expertise in the professional indemnity space which can be highly complex, involving disputes between professional providers and their clients.

“Developing our professional indemnity loss adjusting capability is part of our strategy to build our international P&C adjusting business.”

The move follows expansion in the company’s presence in the USA and Latin America.
