Tony Venus has been promoted to head of broker services
LV= has promoted Tony Venus to the newly created role of head of broker services in the first of two appointments to support its planned growth in 2014.
Venus will be responsible for leading the anti-fraud, risk, compliance and audit functions, as well as the broker accounts team.
He has been with LV= Broker for four years and has been promoted from head of operational development and control.
Steve Chatwin has also been appointed as LV= Broker training manager. He will oversee the training, learning and development in the LV= Broker division.
Chatwin has 20 years’ experience of training in the financial services industry and joins from RBS.
LV= Broker operations director Kevin Gill said: “LV= Broker has won a number of key accounts in 2013 and we have ambitious plans for the year ahead. These two appointments will play an important part in ensuring that we have a strong infrastructure to support our future growth plans.”
