Regulator gives update on data centre incident
The FCA said the majority of its systems are now operating again after being hit by a “physical hardware incident” at a supplier’s data centre on Friday.
The regulator said in an update yesterday: “We put in place our recovery arrangements and they have operated as planned.”
The statement added that the FCA would aim to minimise further disruption over the coming days as it completes the testing and update of systems.
