The Loss Management Group (LMG) recently received a call from a man on his mobile, detailing the seven items of jewellery he had lost and wanted to claim for.
Conversation over, he hung up. Unfortunately, he then accidentally pressed redial. LMG then listened in amazement as he described to a colleague how he had made up the claim, using documents he'd found at a house clearance.
