Insurer Markel International has announced the appointment of two new managing directors within its professional and financial risk division.
David Jones and David Armes, who both joined Markel in 2001, have been instrumental within the professional liability arm, the company said.
The corporation saw its gross written premiums fall by 5% to £700m last year after being hit hard by heavy hurricane losses.
