Private client broker Markham has expanded its team with three new hires.
Amanda ‘AJ’ Burns joins the broker as private client account executive from Four Counties Insurance brokers in Cambridge, with 15 years’ experience of personal lines broking. She is working toward her Chartered Insurance Institute qualification.
Also, private client account executive Jessica Peacock has been recruited from RK Harrison, where she worked for four years in private client broking. Paul Watson, management accountant, joined Markham from patent attorneys Marks & Clerk.
Markham co-chief executive Giles Greenfield said: ‘‘We know our brokers like to work with people who are not only steeped in experience and super-knowledgeable, but who enjoy their work and are fun to work with.”
Since its inception in 2012, Markham has built up gross written premium of £7m from private client business in the UK and internationally.
