According to reports, Prudential has replaced Marsh as its broker with its UK rival Aon.
Aon's professional risks team has been awarded the three-year contract which will see it advising Prudential on all its financial insurance needs.
This includes its directors' and officers' and professional indemnity lines, reports said.
