Marsh motivated by Rocky Balboa

Marsh staffers have a lot on their mind at the moment, with constant reshuffles of senior staff and now the possibility of being bought by bitter rival Willis.

So the recent Marsh motivational day must have come as a great relief. Apparently, staff were split into three teams, dressed in team t-shirts, and treated to motivational speakers and their very own bosses climbing the podium to the strains of the Rocky theme tune.

That’s bound to make them feel better.
