Martin and Pethard, the Redditch-based insurance brokers, has acquired David Vaughan Insurance Brokers.
This is the third major acquisition made by Martin and Pethard this year.
David Vaughan said: "I strongly believe that being part of a larger brokerage will benefit our clients enormously in the longer term."
Martin and Pethard has retained both David Vaughan and his wife Stephanie as consultants.
