Miller Farrell Group, the Irish arm of loss adjuster the Miller Fisher Group, has acquired the Irish loss adjuster Brian Collins & Associates for £500,000 in a move to strengthen the company's liability business.
It makes the Miller Farrell Group the largest provider of loss adjusting services in the Irish market, both north and south, through a network of 13 offices.
Brian Collins & Associates has 16 staff including six loss adjusters and offices in Dublin, Cork and Galway.
There will be no redundancies, and the new group will have a total workforce of 120.
