Nigel Salisbury heads up new division

Miller is planning to expand its real estate practice after the appointment of Nigel Salisbury as head of real estate.

Salisbury will be tasked with expanding Miller’s book of real estate clients internationally. He will work with head of property/casualty Ken MacDonald and head of corporate risks Chris Tabbitt.

Tabbitt said: “The market for corporate real estate programmes has significant growth potential. Nigel is highly regarded in this field and I look forward to working with him to build our offering.”

Miller said it would make further appointments to the real estate team in coming months.

Salisbury was managing director of real estate at Marsh for five years and previously held senior positions at RSA. Audrey Corfield replaced Salisbury at Marsh.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
