Dennis Chapman switches from Glemham Underwriting

Broker-only insurer MMA has appointed Dennis Chapman as an account underwriter for its commercial property owners product.

Reporting to commercial lines underwriting manager, Mike Clothier, Chapman will be responsible for developing MMA's commercial property owners proposition.

Chapman was previously at Glemham Underwriting where he spent three years as a senior underwriter, underwriting all classes of commercial insurance.

Clothier said: “Dennis has over 30 years’ experience as a commercial underwriter working within the composite insurer market, and more recently for an underwriting agency.

"He brings a wealth of valuable experience and adds further momentum to our drive to develop our commercial lines business.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
