Marsh & McLennan (MMC) has combined its UK employee benefits operations into one unit.
All the business will now be contained within Mercer Human Resource Consulting.
170 staff have transferred from Marsh to Mercer as part of the move, with the number of Mercer's UK locations climbing from 15 to 19.
