Mondial Assistance has won a contract to offer 24 hour domestic emergency services to Complete Peace of Mind (CPM) Ltd's customers.
Burst pipes, blocked drains and electrical failures are just some of the major accidents Mondial will deal with. Operators will handle a variety of household problems from plumbing and drainage through to re-wiring houses.
Mondial will also be responsible for providing quality, vetted contractors to ensure the customer receives proper service provisions.
Managing director of CPM Ian Oliver said Mondial's history of supplying "bespoke" services and its competitive pricing.
