Moorhouse, a commercial broker, has appointed Sian Pryce as lead director, taking on full managing director responsibilities.
Previously group associate director, Pryce has been with Moorhouse since May 2005 when she was recruited as HR & Training Manager.
Commenting on her appointment Sian Pryce said, “I am delighted to be taking on the role of lead director. There is a great team at Moorhouse and it is now my responsibility to drive them and the company forward to achieve even more growth and success. The only way to deliver our ambitious goals is through our people. I will be actively encouraging best practice in everything we do and providing support and encouragement to all our staff to ensure that we deliver the best products and service across our distribution channels.
Prior to Moorhouse, Pryce worked with Legal & General as a management development consultant, HSBC as area service & sales manager and manager of HR, training & recruitment. She was also sales manager (Branch Retail) for The AA for 20 years.
