MORE TH>N, the direct insurance arm of Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA), announced that it expects to see growth in customer sales throughout 2002 after signing a deal with Vectus, the customer interaction software from London Bridge Group.
R&SA expects Vectus to give it a picture of what is happening across all of customer policies, focusing on both customer service and product cross-sales. The technology will deliver customer contact histories to over 1,500 workstations across seven locations in the UK.
