Donna Clack previously worked for RSA and CNA as a professional indemnity underwriter

Manchester Underwriting Management (MUM) has appointed Donna Clack as a senior underwriter.

Clack previously worked for RSA and CNA. She has over 14 years’ experience and underwriting knowledge of the professional indemnity market in the UK for both SME and corporate clients.

MUM chief executive Charles Manchester said: “As MUM continues to grow, we need to keep building our team with first class underwriters who share our approach to life – it’s all about quality and service.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
