Ex-AMG director Simon Burley sets up new company.

A new liability adjusting business called Delta Claims Services has been established by former AMG director Simon Burley.

Delta Claims Services will offer a wide range of specialist liability adjusting and consultancy services to insurers, TPA's, solicitors and corporates. Whilst operating from a base in the North, the company will provide national coverage together with expanded services as the business develops.

Simon Burley, director of Delta Claims Services, said: "We believe that quality counts and we will be seeking to demonstrate this to all areas of the market. We will challenge the accepted norm and devise solutions, appropriate to the circumstances, which will benefit both the insurer and the client.

"Early, comprehensive investigations will be a given to enable positive decision making. Case loads will be lowered per adjuster to guarantee technical accuracy and a speedy response.

"I am very excited to be starting up a new liability adjusting company now. The current economic climate, whilst holding fears for some, creates an ideal opportunity for honed qualities to resurface. My previous experience in the loss adjusting industry has been invaluable and certainly shaped the processes, values and founding principles of the new organisation."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
