Ardonagh-owned Bravo Networks has appointed Karen Jackman as its new managing director.
Jackman will join the firm on 1 September 2025 and report to Phil Bayles, chief commercial officer at Everywhen, the new name for Ardonagh Advisory.
She will also work closely alongside Joe Conway, managing director for broker distribution at Everywhen, and Mark Brannon, Everywhen commercial director.
Jackman said: “I’m delighted to be joining the Bravo Networks team at this exciting time.
“The network is a successful and well-established business with a respected and valued brand and I am excited to be part of the next phase of this journey.”
Experience
Jackman joins Bravo Networks from her current role as sales and distribution director at Geo Underwriting, where she is responsible for proposition and strategy development.
Prior to this, Jackman was director of regional brokers in sales and distribution at Aviva, a role which spanned sales, proposition development and marketing.
Bayles said: “Jackman is joining Bravo Networks at an incredibly exciting and innovative time for the business as we further expand the proposition and focus on providing the highest levels of service and support for our members.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
