United Insurance Brokers Limited (UIBL) has relocated its London headquarters as part of its “journey of transformation”.
Having spent 30 years in Mansell Street, UIBL has now moved its head office to The Leadenhall Building.
The broker said the move aligns with its environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities and chose the new space due to its “outstanding sustainability credentials”.
Features include a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating for environmental performance, 100% renewable energy use throughout the building and advanced waste and recycling systems that reduce landfill contribution
Transformation journey
UIBL said the move strengthens its pledge to “reduce its carbon footprint and foster a more environmentally responsible business model”.

It also said the relocation marks a significant step in its broader strategic vision – one focused on fostering stronger collaboration, enhancing communication and building a dynamic workplace environment that supports teams.
