’I’m delighted to have them in their new roles and look forward to working with them as we move into the new year and our next phase of growth,’ says director
Bspoke Group has announced two senior leadership changes as it continues to drive its next phase of its growth.

The moves include Nick Grazier becoming group sales and marketing director, while Wayne Tonge has been appointed group commercial managing director.
Both appointees will report to chief executive Ryan Gill and are subject to regulatory approval.
The changes follow Bspoke Group’s creation of a dedicated retail division in September, comprising Police Mutual, Forces Mutual, Bspoke Lifestyle, Bspoke Private Clients and Arma Karma.
Gill said: “Grazier and Tonge are highly experienced leaders who will play a central role in delivering our strategy and supporting our colleagues, customers and partners.
“I’m delighted to have them in their new roles and look forward to working with them as we move into the new year and our next phase of growth.”
The appointees
Grazier is taking up his new role following the consolidation of the group’s sales and marketing functions into a single team.

”By bringing our teams together, we can sharpen our focus, better support our partners and deliver even more value for our customers.”
Meanwhile, Tonge takes on his new position alongside his existing responsibilities and will lead the commercial division, which includes commercial SME, sports and leisure, property owners and fee protection.
Tonge said: “I’m pleased to be leading the commercial division as we enter the next phase of our journey. My priority will be to provide clear direction and support our teams to drive sustainable growth across the business.”
