’I’m very proud of the progress we’ve made and confident that this new structure will kick-start the next stage of our journey,’ says retail managing director

Bspoke Group has established a dedicated retail division after being acquired by Aon-owned NFP.

The new arm comprises a range of Bspoke Group businesses, including Police Mutual, Forces Mutual, Bspoke Lifestyle, Bspoke Private Clients and insure-tech Arma Karma.

The group said that this new structure is designed to “sharpen focus and provide a clearer, unified proposition to customers and partners”.

Kerry McMahon-White will lead this division and become retail managing director, while continuing in her position as managing director at Police Mutual.

McMahon-White said: “This is an exciting development for all of us at Bspoke Group.

”Our ambition is to build a business that is agile, expert and fully aligned with the needs of both our customers and our people.

“I’m very proud of the progress we’ve made and confident that this new structure will kick-start the next stage of our journey.”

Other appointments

Further leadership appointments within the retail division have also been announced by Bspoke Group.

Andy Talbot, formerly head of SME operations and personal lines at Gallagher, will join as retail operations director in September and Adrian Ewington, formerly managing director of Bspoke Private Clients, will take on the newly created role of retail underwriting director.

Meanwhile, Stuart Bromley will take on the role of managing director of Bspoke Private Clients.

”This strengthened leadership team will drive consistency and focus across the retail division, positioning Bspoke Group for continued growth and long-term success,” Bspoke Group said.
