Insurtech Earnix has joined forces with HCL Tech to accelerate digital transformation in the insurance industry.

The partnership aims to streamline rating systems, upgrade legacy technologies, improve quality and compliance, enhance scalability and help carriers deliver personalised products to customers.

Ruth Fisk, head of business development at Earnix, told Insurance Times: Earnix recognises the potential for growth and innovation in the UK insurance market.

Conversion rates 

Fisk also explained that the partnership was a “strategic long-term collaboration” that aims to help insurers secure higher conversion rates.

She added: “We are confident that this partnership will enhance compliance, drive higher conversion rates and enable seamless scalability for tier one and tier two insurance carriers in the UK and beyond.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
