The new office is based in Gracechurch Street, near Monument.

In a post on LinkedIn, Samantha Ridgewell, managing director at Empower Development, said: “The time has finally come. We’re in EC3, in the heart of the insurance market.

”I can honestly say this wasn’t a goal of mine, I’m pinching myself sitting in this office.”

The firm was incorporated in November 2017 and has around 11 staff members.

”Our team has grown, in numbers and locations, and it’s now the right time for this very big step,” Ridgewell said.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
