’It’s exciting to be joining the team at a time when the market is evolving,’ says appointee

Oxbow Partners has appointed insurance veteran Tony Sault as a partner.

In his new role, Sault will help the management consultancy extend its UK and Ireland general insurance practice.

He brings over 30 years of experience to the firm, of which 20 were spent serving as a partner in EY’s UK general insurance practice.

His career has also seen him work as the executive director at Alpha FMC and project manager at RSA.

Speaking about taking on his new role, Sault said: “Oxbow Partners is a leader for strategy and transformation consulting in the insurance industry.

“It’s exciting to be joining the team at a time when the market is evolving and Oxbow Partners is growing quickly. I look forward to reconnecting with my network in the industry over the next weeks and months.”

Greg Brown, partner at Oxbow Partners, added: “We have been supporting UK general insurance clients for a decade. We’re delighted that Sault has chosen to join the team to elevate our offering to clients in this space.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
